STIIIZY Alameda

Went in to this stiiizy after a great experience in the bay area. I went in with the intentent to get a decent cart and some pre rolls. I was recommended a jetter juice mauwi w and like the bud tendered talked it up. I had just purchased a battery that we later found out was had by an employee of the establishment. my first cart leaked from the bottom so i took it in and yeah did the steps but then the same thing happened again or i would get little puffs of smoke on 3.8-4v. Anyways went to try and figure out what happened and I s treated like I was lying or that it was my equipments fault i repeatedly informed the bud tender and the manager that I had an appointment and one what should have been simple exchange for a different type of jetter juice product in hopes of being able to get high. The manger and assistant manager we're very rude and down right being road blocks on. what should've probably been return of my at the very least. Not out to be a donkey but true customer service and not sticky sweet fake kindness is not found here

This place is terrible at customer service iPod a cartridge 10 days ago and it stopped working half way through this cartridge cost me $50 Benjamin, the manager on Tuesday morning refused to make the situation right by replacing my on usable cartridge stating they have a seven day return policy even though other managers have helped me out in the past due to very faulty equipment that Stizzy has now started using as a cheap alternative on like back in the day when the product actually was great. Benjamin is a terrible manager, and the store itself is terrible.
